At swagstarCo, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us when using our pre-save services.
1. Information We Collect
When you pre-save a release through our website, we may collect:
- Your Spotify user ID
- Your email address (from Spotify)
- OAuth access and refresh tokens (to add releases to your library)
We do not collect any data unrelated to the pre-save process.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used solely to:
- Add pre-saved releases to your Spotify library
- Confirm your pre-save with a notification on the website
- Maintain functionality of the pre-save system, including token refreshes
3. Data Retention
We store your information only as long as necessary to complete the pre-save and allow for token management. After that, your data is deleted or anonymized.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.
The only exception is that your data is processed by Spotify as part of the OAuth workflow.
5. Security
We store all sensitive data in secure databases. Only authorized server-side functions can access your tokens, and communications with Spotify are encrypted via HTTPS.
6. Your Rights
- You can revoke Spotify access at any time by visiting Spotify > Settings > Apps.
- You can request deletion of your personal information by contacting zekkie at don@swagstar.co.
7. Changes to This Policy
